“If you suffer from chronic low back pain, Molly will change your life! I tried everything from physical therapy to chiropractors to steroid injections, but it wasn’t until I started private Pilates lessons that I finally found a true, sustainable cure for my debilitating pain. Molly’s comprehensive knowledge of the human body and her attention to detail shone through in the personalized and detailed lesson plans she crafted and executed specifically for my back issues. She helped me to strengthen not only the individual muscles in my back, but also led me through stretching and strengthening of my legs, upper back, and core so that my body relearned how to move properly to stop the cycle of chronic pain that stemmed from weakness and misalignment. Molly is a true expert in Pilates and movement, a gifted creative, and a person who truly cares about each individual client, all the while keeping each lesson engaging, encouraging, and downright fun! Today, I rarely even think about my back pain, and I am forever grateful to Molly for giving me my life back!”

“During the time I have known Molly she has transitioned (from dance) to full-time to Pilates work, and I could not recommend her highly enough. The number of people I have seen Molly help with mild to severe back pain and other injuries/aches, wanting to build strength and tone in a healthy and safe way, doing prenatal and postnatal work, is astounding. While some people are skeptical when it comes to starting Pilates, people always come back because of the immediate and long-term results they see. The studio is a beautiful, clean space tucked into the heart of midtown- and I would recommend Hug Pilates & Wellness to any novice or experienced Pilates enthusiast.”

“Grateful for the wide range of exercises I learned during Molly's perinatal workshop! Through her workshop I have learned so much about how to support all areas of my body. I now feel I have valuable tools to support my body's needs during and after pregnancy.”

“I really loved how it feels like the movements really effectively manipulate fascia and not just the every day muscles that do all the work. It feels like moving acupuncture.”

“I really enjoyed our nutrition sessions! Molly is so thorough and gave me really good recipes and perspective on the meaning of nutrition. From the few nutrition sessions that we had together, it helped me make better choices and really kick-started and kept me on track with eating healthy. The nutrition plate and wheel of life were my favorite exercises because it gave me a visual on the areas that could use a little more balance and also the areas that I am thriving in, which was motivating. I am so grateful for Molly! Thank you so much for your encouragement and support in living a healthy lifestyle. You have taught me a lot! I appreciate you.”
“I absolutely love working out in Molly’s studio, Hug, which is housed in a gorgeous historic building with light streaming in on the stunning wood floors and state-of-the-art equipment. Molly thought of everything when she carefully selected her studio’s machines and props, from a box with rounded edges that allows greater range of motion, to loops with soft padding, to a chair with extra settings for targeting just the right muscle groups. The reformer, Bodhi suspension ropes, and ladder barrel are the most beautiful and functional I’ve ever had the pleasure to work on. Molly’s exceptional differentiation skills allow everyone from brand-new-to-Pilates students to advanced practitioners to feel both comfortable and challenged, and her lovely, fully-equipped studio has everything imaginable to help her clients reach -- and exceed! -- their goals.”

“I booked 10 sessions with Molly while visiting Reno. She was not only knowledgeable with what worked for me individually, but I felt she created very specific workouts based on my request to improve strength and flexibility. She is so much fun and I looked forward to each session. I will start remote sessions next week and I look forward to continuing with Molly from California. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Molly helped me get back into my body. I was having a lot of neck pain and exercising on my own seemed to exacerbate it. She was so attentive to my body and helped me feel confident in my movement.”
