cancellation policy
All scheduled appointments are subject to a firm 48-hour cancellation policy, without exception. If an appointment is cancelled with less than a full 48 hours' notice, the session fee will be forfeited. Workshops are nonrefundable + nontransferable. In the event that you wish to cancel all or part of a package, cancellation fees apply. Our time is our livelihood; thank you for your understanding!
expiration policy
Single Sessions expire four weeks from date of purchase; Pilates packages expire eight weeks from date of last session in previous package; Health Coaching Programs expire 16 weeks from date of purchase. Workshops are non-transferable.
